This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is short because the site does very little with it.

What this site collects
Nothing automatically. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind on this website, and nothing here builds a profile of you.
The only information we hold is what you choose to send us: a booking, or an email.
The assistant on this page
If you talk to the assistant it may ask for your name, your email address and what your business does, so that it can answer usefully.
What you type stays in your browser. It is not sent to us, it is not stored on a server, and it is gone when you close the tab. If you want us to have those details, use the booking calendar or email us directly.
Booking a meeting
The calendar is provided by Calendly, a separate company. It does not load at all unless you allow it, and until you do, nothing is requested from Calendly and no cookies are set.
Once you allow it, Calendly sets its own cookies and handles the details you enter when you book, under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking itself: your name, your email address and anything you write in the booking form.
You can always book without loading anything here by opening the booking page in a new tab, or simply by emailing us.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own.
If you allow the booking calendar, Calendly sets cookies. That is the only third party on this site that does.
When you answer the notice bar, your answer is remembered in your own browser's local storage so that you are not asked again. It stays on your device, it is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us. Clearing your browsing data removes it and the notice returns.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, theirs records requests, which includes your IP address, the page requested and the time. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and we do not use them to identify anyone.
If you email us
We keep the email, so that we can reply and so that we have a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list from an enquiry, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. You can object to us holding it and ask for a copy of it.
Email us and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
